We started with Deans at our new house. The weeds are worse than when we contracted with them. We contacted them today about it and they said a supervisor treated our yard from 4:15-4:20. I was cutting the yard at that time. Did not see anyone. They didn’t leave a yard flag or anything at the door. But have a work invoice that you can see in the online portal. Wonder how May invoices they upload without treating the property? They appear to be trying to make us happy. The technician called and said he forgot to put the yard flag and the office put the wrong time on the invoice

They do a great job of addressing any issues that you have. My technician went the extra mile to help me determine how long and when we should water. He noticed that we had bugs in our lawn and treated them and also added extra topsoil to the brown areas.
