I have used Dean’s for 2 1/2 years and have had excellent service. The three or four times we have had minor issues, Dean’s office staff have been excellent and they are very responsive. Justine, Dean’s technician, came to the house in a very timely manner (usually same day). She is excellent, thorough, and communicates her plan. Highly recommend Dean’s.
