Just experienced the best customer service ever! Shelly, from Dean’s Pest Control, came out the same day I called, inspected the entire house for critters, and implemented measures to keep those critters from getting into the house again. She took the time to explain what each insect was, making me feel so much better coexisting with them (outside). Shelly was beyond professional, very friendly, and she knows her stuff.
