I was given a time frame from 8:00 am to 11;00 am. Justin showed up shortly after 9:00 am, knocked on the door, introduced himself and went to work. He then identified the tree that was home to the caterpillars then checked to see if my nextdoor neighbor was a Dean's customer. Confirmed then sprayed the tree. Then, gave me his cell number and said if the caterpillars came back with instructions to text him and he would be back. He, among others from Dean's is why you have a customer for life. Thank you and thank Justin for excellent service.
