I've been using Dean's for one year. They are amazingly responsive. Every call for service whether for the lawn (Justin) or pest (Justine) has been met with a very quick follow-up call and visit from the service technician. Justine with her great personality was great today.

Dantay has been my service technician for several months. He is courteous, a good listener, effectively evaluates my lawn needs, and efficiently coordinates services with other Dean's personnel. He is a keeper!

Our service tech Roystene came to our house today to inspect the front yard for bare spots. He quickly diagnosed that we did not have a mole cricket issue, rather damaged areas from lawnmowers. He cleaned up the areas and applied some black kow or similar material and did the quarterly service, and pulled out a lot of the crabgrass. Thank Yoo Roystene.
