I have had a number of problems with pest including palm rats, and lawn problems. Deans have done a great job with inside bug control, but until Jonatan P (my yard tech) took over about a year ago the yard issues weren't be address up to my standards. Jonatan is well trained including having a degree, he takes the time to treat all problems and explains the best options to improve my shrubs and grass. This morning Johnny dropped by to apply the scheduled fertilizers and insecticides. Warned me about the over watering effects on my back yard grass and providing suggestions for keeping it healthy thru the winter. This type of service is the type I have come to expect from this gentleman and Deans in general. We have had them for 5 years and been quite satisfied with this service. But especially Johnny who has always come with a smile and provided upmost care and service advising as necessary.
