We’ve used Dean’s for a year now, with Dominic being our service provider. I am extremely impressed with Dominic’s service and professionalism. He always takes a moment to ask if we have new concerns, is on time for our scheduled quarterly appointments, and is thorough in making sure our property is protected. We live in an area going through a great amount of construction, leaving us with pest problems due to their displacement.

The technicians have incredible knowledge ! I called Dean's because I noticed the tiniest little ants i've ever seen coming in under the kitchen window sill. Over the phone, they said probably 'Ghost Ants' - 👻 🐜

I hadn't heard of them.

When that technician came out, he said they were "Pharaoh ants"

Another ant I haven't heard of.

NO SPRAYING ! 🙏

He used a small amt of Gel at light switch & 3 tiny plastic bait triangles on windows sill. IT WORKED BY THE NEXT MORNING !!

Two more Techs came out to continue prevention of Termites.
