Called Dean's concerning mole crickets in my lawn. Deans sent a tech out to treat lawn. Two weeks later Ricky C. showed up for a follow up. He spent time explaining my problem and detailed what he was going to do. In the middle of his work he rang my doorbell and showed me a live mole cricket that had come out of my lawn as he was treating it. He explained how the critters tunnel under the grass eating the roots and how they can destroy a lawn in a short period of time. Ricky was very courteous and helpful.
