I called Dean's late Wednesday afternoon and the tech called back within 5 minutes. She had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon. Sara was so friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. She had my problem solved within 30 minutes and provided a lot of information on the subject. I am very pleased with Deans. This is a fantastic company to do business with.
