I called the office yesterday as I had some brown spots in the lawn.

Jordan called me about 30 minutes later to arrange a time to look at it.

Jordan identified the problem and came back this morning to address the issue.

Jordan was very professional and treated the lawn accordingly.

Jordan then went over what he did and advised to water in 24 hours.

He was a pleasure to deal with and was interested with my concerns.

I have had Deans service for 6 years now and I'm totally pleased. Ramon does a thorough job and applying fertilizer and other applications and he is respectful of the property. He's always ready to answer any questions and concerns. Ramon is a "keeper" and by that I mean the type of employee that makes a company a success.
