Dean's was very professional. Amber, the tech that came to help us with our pest problem was great! She explained everything in detail and worked to identify the source of the problem. The time she took with my elderly mother to explain and help her feel comfortable with what was needed was appreciated! My mother was very worried about her pets being affected by pest control and traps and Amber took her time and was very patient with her. Amber took care to make sure the pets' areas would be kept safe.
