We started with Deans at our new house. The weeds are worse than when we contracted with them. We contacted them today about it and they said a supervisor treated our yard from 4:15-4:20. I was cutting the yard at that time. Did not see anyone. They didn’t leave a yard flag or anything at the door. But have a work invoice that you can see in the online portal. Wonder how May invoices they upload without treating the property? They appear to be trying to make us happy. The technician called and said he forgot to put the yard flag and the office put the wrong time on the invoice
