We have Luis R as our overall Deans go to man. He takes the time to respond to our questions and concerns. When we are traveling he will let us know if there is a problem. Luis will take the time to ask if everything is ok or point out a concern even when he isn’t at my property but one in the immediate area. I highly recommend them especially if all their service people are as professional as Luis.

Just experienced the best customer service ever! Shelly, from Dean’s Pest Control, came out the same day I called, inspected the entire house for critters, and implemented measures to keep those critters from getting into the house again. She took the time to explain what each insect was, making me feel so much better coexisting with them (outside). Shelly was beyond professional, very friendly, and she knows her stuff.
