Extremely happy and thankful for Luis Rivera for coming out and taking the time to walk my property, check for issues, identify problem areas, and provide me actionable steps to correct them. He struck me as very knowledgeable and was so helpful and kind. Ty Luis!

Jeremy was thorough and knowledgeable. He greeted me with kindness and respect. He made sure to explain the process, exactly what he was doing, and let me know if my pets were safe. Thank you to Deans Services and Jeremy. :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Caraballo from Deans Lawn, Termite and Pest Protection, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mike came out to inspect my home for termites and was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different types of pests and termites commonly found in Florida homes, which I really appreciated as a homeowner. Then Maple took over— a termite-detecting beagle who can sniff out termites even behind walls. It was fascinating to see her in action and gave me extra confidence in the inspection process.
