Gary Kramer after discussing an insect problem last night, come out this morning and did what he does normally but along with the insect control discussion, took the time to explain other services that I am interested in. In this day and age when everyone is in a hurry multitasking, it is refreshing and enjoyable to find someone that will take the time to explain not only about the insect issue but other things like lawn care and other none related issue that Florida has. Gary is a true professional and I thank him for his knowledge he shared with me this morning.

We have been very pleased with all the services offered by Dean's since we signed up with them 6 years ago. From the phone staff to the technicians to the mowers and irrigation techs, every encounter has been positive. Our current lawn technician is JEREMIAH. He is courteous, friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about all the conditions in our lawn. He took his time to answer our questions and explain the procedures he was doing. His cheerful personality added to the positive experience we have had with Dean's. Keep up the good work everyone!
