Niles is always pleasant, efficient, professional, and willing to expertly answer any questions about bugs. I recently inherited an old cat and was afraid the ingredients used to kill unwanted critters might harm her. Nile’s took time to explain to me exactly why my cat would not be harmed. We just contracted with Dean's to do pest control for us at our home. Our experience from the first call through receiving our first treatment yesterday has been above and beyond what I was hoping for. Everyone that we have dealt with has been extremely courteous, polite, respectful and professional. Our technician, Anna, arrived yesterday and she was on time, professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. She answered my question with more than ample explanations. She was so courteous, polite and patient, just an absolute pleasure.
