Because the health and safety of your family is our first priority, Deans has taken action in response to the Coronavirus to help protect our customers, our employees, and the community at large.
Internally, we’ve begun a transition to remote work when possible and meetings have moved to teleconferencing. Essential employees practice social-distancing and regimented sanitation routines. Employees exhibiting flu-like symptoms will be immediately directed to recuperate safely at home and anyone having traveled will be required to quarantine.
Our technicians may safely continue to protect your home in accordance with CDC guidelines because they operate outdoors and independently. In response to interior service requests, Deans will limit exposure risk for both customers and employees by implementing exterior pest control measures. For emergency calls involving venomous pests, we will enter using personal protection equipment once the home has been vacated.
Because most pest problems originate outside, this will help eliminate most issues. Should treatment require an additional free visit, we’ll be happy to provide this. We appreciate your patience while we implement this cautious approach to treatment.
Having been designated an essential service provider during this crisis, Deans takes great pride in continuing to protect your family from pests and the diseases they spread. The elimination of COVID-19 will be a challenge for the medical community, but together we can all do our part to prevent its spread.
Thank you for allowing Deans to protect the health of your home, your property…and your family.
